As with most other students of my age, I was terrified at the thought of SATs. That pointless fear within me was relinquished this summer as I attended Stanford Academy. The class atmosphere was extremely friendly and family-like. There was no room for peer pressure but more than enough room for open discussion and supportive guidance. The classes were focused not on how to get the right answer, but more on how to approach the question in a way that avoids careless mistakes. Within only a couple of weeks, most students had the right habit and techniques of question solving and we used the rest of the time to furnish what we learned and to apply them in mock tests. The efficiency of the classes was proven through our mock test scores which showed a steady increase every week. 

I really liked the overall system of Stanford Academy where we had half of the time for classes and the other half for self-studying. During study time, we could finish our homework and go through them attentively which was much more efficient than rushingly trying to finish them late-night at home. Even though the subject at hand was not exactly the amusing type, classes were never tedious since teachers continuously engaged with us in a vitalizing manner. 

I highly recommend Stanford Academy to those who are afraid or unfamiliar with the SATs. The guidance will surely be extremely beneficial for your bright future. :)
